Shipping policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: 

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchased items. Sizing issues cannot be accommodated as we provide detailed sizing charts for our products. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. 

To initiate a return for a defective product, please email us at support@lanternink.com with photos of the defect so we can promptly address the issue. 

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, free of any odors, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

If items do not meet these criteria, they will be returned to the customer at their own expense. 

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, weather returned merchandise is in a sale-able condition. 

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. 

All refunds will be made to the original payment method. 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
